family is mostly consist of drug uses/dealers and some criminals how will this impact my chances on my sf86?

As long as your own record is clean, it's not likely to affect your own clearance. The military understands that you can't pick your family.

Killer Queen

You will probably still be able to get a low level clearance with no problem. If you need a higher level they will dig further and make sure you have distanced yourself from these relatives. Not everyone has stellar family members.
