Will he get out..or not?

if somebody was in prison for domestic violence third offense and then was doing good on parole and then he got an assault charge and went back to jail... there is a settlement conference tomorrow does that mean he could get out tomorrow? becuase theres also one set for 4/24 so i was just wondering what the settlement conf could be for and if he will get out or no?? i know theres no to know forsure but some opinions would be nice...thank you

I hope he doesn't Run Forest run!!!! If this is your man, you are one uncontrollable rage incident from being dead! You need to wake up and get out now while you still can. I am serious. You may think you love him, and in his own perverted way he may love you, but it will never work and you will eventually end up in the morgue!

could do, courts dont seem to care about domestic abuse cases as much as they recon they do. But if its been against you really dont let him back, once is too many.

Not much of a man is he if he can't control his fists. Even if you get into the ocassional scrap you don't keep getting charged with assault etc. I mean particularly guys in the army will get into scraps but 3, 4, 5 offenses... what a loser. The lad needs to buck up and learn his lessons. ditch him.
