okay so my probation officer called today and she said that i meet her at the probation center tomorow, and i asked about what, and she said about ur probation, do you think i will be getting arrested? im scared,i dont know why we would talk about it because i got standerd probabtion and 12 hrs of community service, cant we jst talk about it on the phone.?

Yes you most likely will be getting arrested if you did something that violates probation and there was a way for her to know that you did it, they are sneaky like that. But if you didn't do anything wrong, then you got nothin to worry about. They already got you on probation, they arent going to try to frame you now. |

It really depends. Just ask yourself these questions hope it helps.
Are you a student?
If so are you going to school?
Are you working?
If not are you looking for a job?
If you are not in school, and are not working why have you not done your community service?
Have you had any contact with Law Enforcement in the last week or so? If so did you report it?
Have you made anyone mad that would call in and say you were doing something should not be?
If you are on probation for a drug related charge you could be taking a drug test
Have you paid your court cost and fines?
The list could go on forever.. but just sit back and ask yourself questions. |

You need to do what they ask. My wife's aunt is a probation officer. Often they genuinely take an interest in how you are doing and they want to make sure you stay within your probation so you don't get into trouble again. |

How many times have you gone to see your PO and have you missed any. Standard procedure is that you sign in when you meet with your PO on your regular appointments unless you are on call in only probation.
Can you give more information? You don't need to give your charge just whether it was a felony or misdemeanor, whether you have to report by phone or go to the office, and if you have missed any meetings or community service. Also, if you have begun community service or are still waiting for it to start. |
