well if you were actually arrested then yeah it could have some effect on the Florida case... although I'm a little confused on what occurred first. Given that you are going to be criminally prosecuted in florida they should have provided you with a Public Defender attorney who should be able to explain this all in detail...

You won't be going to jail! I don't think it could affect your case but you are definitly playing with fire here. Your crimes aren't major but be careful cause one day you'll get caught and you won't be so lucky. I understand that you can have good reasons to do it but is it worth betting your life? Try and stop yourself, you'll feel better for it. Keep us updated.

Hey there, well I got caught for stealing, cars not store items, but my father was a police officer for 11 years, so I know alot about the law! More than likely what will happen is two things....one the judge will set up a payent plan for you....or they can make you spend the tie in jail to pay for it(like everyday is equal to 5$ or close to it)! But more than likely you will just have to pay the money! But my advice would be to stop stealing!!

So you got caught in Washington and one week later you are now in Florida and got caught again.

What happened in the states in the middle?
There are security cameras in most retail stores and if you were caught on camera in a sears store other than the one that you recently got caught in they can press the judge for a strict sentence.

however if this is the only time then you would be looking at a fine of up to $750.00, 30 days in jail, community service and a years probation.

i stole in wisconsin and then came to illinois
and i got caught but they didnt press charges
so it might not b on ur record or w/e for the washington thing

i think they give you parol or comunity service depenting how the court rules

If we knew what "twise" were actually worth we'd be better able to help you. Were they old twise or new twise? Had they been used much? Was the 58 dollars for each twise, or for all that you stole?
