Out of the blue I get threats on myspace that this girl wants to fight me and she said she would "f*** me up" and etc. The girl goes to my school and she said meet her at the park to fight. I didn't know how old she was so i was at the park because i kept getting text from somebody that wouldnt tell me who they were( is this harrassment) and The girl came to the park and we fought and she lost and called the police. I talked to the police already, but is it a chance i still may go to jail beacuse im 17 and she is just about to turn 15.

You weren't at the park because you "kept getting text from somebody that wouldn't tell you who they were"
You were at the park because you're immature and wanted to fight whoever was texting you.
No sane person with an IQ over 12 goes to a park to "find out who is harrassing them" without expecting a fight
You probably won't go to jail, but if you do go to juvi/jail, it won't be because she's 15.
It will be because you were stupid and chose to fight. |

If you fight over 18, you can go to jail.
If you are under 18, you can go to juvi, have to do many hours of community service, be enrolled into an anger management course, and any other things they can put on you to "teach you a lesson".
You will only be penalized if she decides to file charges. |

I was going to say the same thing as mEn7aL. Listen to mEn7aL. And file a counter charge too. It's a little late & the DA may not let you or give you any precedence of it but it won't huet to try. How's this. If she drops charges so do you. Do Not tell everyone that as it will more than likely turn againt you. |
