i cant pay it i have till may its 190 **** that, i also cant pay for a class i have to take which is a additional 200 dollars. im 20 and live in assington virginia. there are no jobs im first time offender and im doing my probation and my comm service i got put on for underage consuption by a bunch of redneck cops

Well having the attitude of calling them redneck cops really won't help your situation- bottom line you were in the wrong. Rednecks or not the law is the law. You can go to court and ask for an extension/payment plan. BUT You need to have something to show that you are willing to pay for it. Get a job at McDonald's/Taco Bell for a week or two, at least attempt to get some type of work so you can tell the judge you are working on it. Don't go to the judge empty handed. Do you have temp agencies? Yes I know the economy is horrible and things are rough for everyone, but you have to at least do more than shrug. A little bit of remorse/humility may also help- instead of judging the cops.
