Will my friend (A Police Officer) get into trouble for this?

He pulls over a nice looking lady who looks as if she had been drinking. (On a Friday night or Sat night) Discovers she is drunk. Gives her a choice. A little loving or jail. The women gives in so she is not charged with DUI. He says he's been doing this for 30 years. Best way to get dates according to him/

Both he and the judge should lose their jobs and be charged with malfeasance in office. It is your obligation to report him - first tell him to turn himself in or you will. You will lose a friend but think of how many women/men will thank you. This could really be listed as a coerced raped charge. Don't want to talk to a local authority, talk to your State Attorney General. Do the right thing.

A quick look at your other questions tells me you don't have a friend that is a police officer. In fact, I doubt you have any friends at all.
