they should have been charged with leaving the child on her own, but come on, in all fairness don't you think they've suffered enough, I'm sure they'd gladly swap their present life for a life in jail, just to have their daughter back. why kick them when they are already down

If they ever have to it would help if the populace is unbiased so that a jury can be formed.

If you favour justice, you should not abuse it by trying to influence people with a supposed question that obviously presumes their guilt.

Justice for what? Child cruelty? Failure to observe the Health and Safety regulations of the Government of Uruguay?. Violating the Food Hygeine acts of the Dominican Republic by sneezing in a restaurant? Failing to be in Leeds at the right time in accordance with the UK Statute (A person is required to be present in Leeds as and when their presence is required. Failure to be in Leeds at all times is a Summary offence, as it enables offences to be carried out upon those not in Leeds).

Is one expected to tie ones child to one's wrist? Is nowhere safe, or assumed to be safe? Are parents not allowed to relax? Do we all have to be vigilant at all times?

The McCanns' child has been abducted, possibly sold to some desparate person who has been prevented from adopting, or has been taken by some weirdo to a fate unknown. May the Gods help the McCanns and the child.

No person is wise at all hours. The McCanns have shown considerable bravery and fortitude, and are doubtless castigating themselves for their lapse of attention. It is either this, or they are callous moneymakers cashing in on the loss of their child. I feel that they are the former. Kindly prove the latter.

As to your question , my answer is , yes they should , because dispite all that has gone on , they should still have to answer for there actions

The single mother , that went on hoilday and left her children home alone went to jail , these children did not go missing , and as such what the McCanns did was worse , so why are they not being held to account
