yes you can get a job . just answer them honestly (lying will definantly not get you hired, because they will find out) .. and they will ask you to explain how old you were and how much you do it .. ect.
just be honest and you will be fine .

It depends on when you used it, and if you are still using it. If the last time to used it a few years ago, then it might be alright. But overall it kinda depends on the policy of the hiring agency. The best bet is to never do anything of that sort, so you wouldn't have to worry about it when you apply. |

nope you will have to take a lie test and you will have to admit to smokin pot and that means that you would have broken the law so no! My dad's a cop and when I wanted to be in law he said that all the crap I did when I was younger would be held against me |

Well honesty is the best policy. Most depts. expect to hear, use as experimental. If you should get hired on...they do and you will be asked to sign their drug policy. Most policies prohibit the use of illegal drugs or legal drugs without a prescription. The policy will also state their right to random drug testing and your continued employment in adherence to such policy. Denial of drug testing after hiring is a terminable offense. But if you get randomly tested and blow positive, you may have the Employee Assistance Program. If you were to seek EAP, then your situation would most likely be up for review after testing positive. |
