Where I live, Texas, when you get probation, you usually have to pay fines, court costs, probation fees, make restitution (if applicable), AND possibly community service(unpaid). I'm not sure about the management classes, but I think they would be at your expense.
If you break any of the terms of your probation, including making payments, your probation will eventually be revoked. Then you might have to serve the rest of your sentence in jail. |

You have an awful lot of questions that really should be directed to your attorney or the magistrate's office. At any rate, yes it is possible to do community service in lieu of restitution in some counties. The jobs are usually highway and roadside cleanup. You are NOT going to get paid for committing a crime. You are working off your debts. |
