PLANNING is the KEy word here.
Your planning a known outcome I think, you know many people do not like those little mice, especially your sister, not like you did not grow up together.
So I think if anything happens, as you secretly desire will happen, you can be found guilty, very easily of premeditation.(Well thought out, outcome should be if i do this)
I think PRISON time will be in line for the crime of Murder One and LWOP.

I do not believe that the feared outcome (her running into a wall and dying) is something a reasonable person would anticipate in such a situation.
However, if it could be proven that you were aware that she had some unusual fear of mice and was likely to react more strongly than a 'normal' person, then you could be held liable for something that happened to her.
It might also be a poor idea for you to mail a mouse. You might want to check into the regulations regarding the use of the mail to deliver live (or dead?) animals. |
