Not unless you were involved with whatever happened. Your brother getting into trouble is not your fault but it's important for police to know if they're hiring someone with ties to criminals.
I have seen a case were an applicant's family's criminal history was so bad that despite his clean record he was disapproved. He lived with parents that didn't pay attention and brothers that were drug dealers and had many run-ins with police. Kind of unfortunate but I've seen other people who have criminal relatives and were approved. |
