like this kid keeps on texting me i dont even know how he got my number its not a threat cuz i am and i have in the past he said he i gunna tell the sheriffe that i threatend to call the cops! cam i get into trouble for that

No. the only kids of threats that the cops act on are threats of violence or terror, where the person making the threat has the means to carry out the threat. You have every right to tell him to stop, and you have every right to contact the police if he doesn't. If you have a police officer who works at your school, that's probably a good way to get him to stop. Let that officer handle it, and the officer will probably give the guy a verbal warning... which would probably stop the texting. If not, tell the officer again, and the officer can cite him and tell you how to get a restraining order, if necessary |

call the cops and the guy will get screwed over for harassing you and then trying to make you not snitch to the cops. sounds like he is the one threatening you so that you don't call the cops on him when he is the one doing something wrong. |
