If you noticed that your neighbour was growing 3 cannabis plants. The neighbour is pleasant enough but would not consider him a close friend and talks nicely and is polite and non threatening. The only thing is he doesn't work due to an illness and the plants.

I would mind my own business. You have no idea what this person might have to suffer on a daily basis. If pot helps ease his symptoms and helps him get through another day, what right do you have to interfere? Is he selling it to the neighbourhood children, is he a danger to others, NO, so MYOB. If you can't help him, don't hurt him. |

You said the man is sick. Try using legal heroin (Dilaudid or Oxycontin) when you're sick and see how that goes for you. Or you could smoke a joint and have the same effects with less side effects. |

A neighbor who would grow reefer in such a way that I could see it must not be the brightest bulb in the chandelier. I wonder if I would want him for a neighbor. He could do something stupid and cause me problems.
It is ridiculous that growing a PLANT is illegal. I'm all in favor of a little healthy resistance to authority every once in a while.
