would you rather be isolated in prison with no paroll. Food is deliverd to you while you are in the cell. toilet is in the cell. youre the only one with no one around you. YOu just sit in your cell for 100 straight years. Or take the death penalty and see what happens

If I committed a crime that deserved one of those, I would deserve whichever punishment made me suffer the most.
Assuming I had the same feelings I have now, if I committed a crime worthy of one of those choices, I would feel so guilty that I would WANT to suffer as much as possible, and I would DESERVE to suffer as much as possible, as well.
I would choose life without parole for myself... but I would be ok with the death penalty, if the family I harmed felt they would have closure with my death. I would acknowledge the fact that if I ever took someone else's life, I would, by my actions, be surrendering my right to choose my own sentence... much less the rest of my life. |

If there is NO chance that you're attorney will eventually stave your life off long enough to get you out...death penalty. Seemingly fast and not too agonizingly painful after a few brief moments. (Fast is actually the best way to go...hehe) |

umm good question...
i'd would lean towards prison time cause then i could get right with God
before i die...and where there is life there is hope...
on the other hand if i had been framed or mistakenly convicted
i'd want the death penalty....i'd rather be with God... |

Its technically the same thing now. The wait on death row is approximately 40 years. I would go to prison. Conditions there are much nicer than Death Row. |
