ok so last month a bought a bb pearl at a cricket store. i had not had any problems until wednesday. i was trying to put the password on the phone but it suddenly turned off and i was not able to turn it on.it only had a whit screen and said JVM error 513. ok so i took it to the store on wed to see if they could do anything about it. since 2 months ago my bro had a problem with his phone as well the guy at the store now knows me well and he basically hates me as much as a i hate him lol. anyways, so the thing is that since we had that incident with my bros phone, i don't really trust the guys at the store no more. so on wed when i took my phone to the store, one of the guys told me that he could fix it, all he had to do was connect it to the computer but he said that it was better if i left it there and pick it up the next day since it was gonna take a couple of hours. so i told the guy that if he was sure he would have it by tommorrow then it was ok and i would leave the phone there and basically he promised to have ready........so just know that the owner of the store doesn't like me anymore and we always end up arguing.........ok soo yesterday when i went to pick it up, the owner(manager) told me that they had sent it somewhere. so then i ask them why they had done that if they had agreed to fix it at the store and have it ready for me yesterday.... so then the guy started getting kind of mad, and me too so we kind of started arguing. so then i told them that i wanted my phone back that i didn't care if it was fixed or not. so he said to go today in the morning to pick it up.... so i just called him right know but as soon as he knew it was me, he started screaming and saying that what was my problem that i was never happy with anything and that i should just change to another carrier.....of course i was thinking of going to another ccompany but i want my phone of course..... by then we where kind of screaming and he started saying that y had i taken the phone to the store if i did not want it fix and that i was insulting him, the ting is that he went kind of crazy. so then he told me that he might have ready until next wednesday and to just stop bothering him.... so before hanging up, i told him that if he did not have by wed, i would go to a police station. also note that i have called customer service but they don't really hlp alot. they tell me tht i have to take care of thins with the guy at he store.. and they don't really listen to me when i tell them that he is kind of rude and when i tell them that i want to write a cpmplain they dont realy listen.......SO BASICALLY I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF U GUYS THINK THAT THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH TO GO TO A POLICE STATION NEXT WEDNESDAY IF I DON'T GET MY PHONE BACK... I JUST FEEL LIKE MAYBE THEY ARE GOING TO IGNORE ME AND I WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF AN OFFCER TALKED TTO THE GUY CUZ I FEEL LIKE THE GUY THINKS THAT WE WON'T DO NOTHING BUT WAIT FOR HIM.....I FEEL LIKE HE THINKS THAT JUST CUZ IM MEXICAN I'M IGNORANT AND WON'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT....
PLEASE HELP ME ANY HELP WOULD BE APPREACIATED

No, there is nothing the police can do about this. You need to contact the corporate headquarters for Cricket and file a complaint. When you call customer service ask to speak with a Supervisor and don't let them tell you that one isn't available. If that doesn't work then file a complaint on their website. I'm sure that they do not want a manager that treats customers like this, regardless of what the manager thinks about you. Also file a complaint with your local Better Business Bureau, they should also have an online form that you can fill out. The business will be contacted by the BBB. Then go onto sites like YELP and post a review. |

Il say that next time you go 2 the store to pick up your phone measure you are very nice to him but when you walk in the store measure you are recording everything he says and sound or you can use a video camara to record it bt try not 2 let him know what your doing in that case you can take him to court for that and also you should file a report now to one of the agencies that do complaints against businesses and webnesday after this happends make your lawsuit against them! hope that helps! |

What you have described here is not a criminal matter. The police won't be able to help you.
What you have here is a civil matter. You will probably need to go to small claims court with a
problem of this sort. |
