i talked to the mail @ the jail. he told me that she can't be bailed out until she sees a judge and no one can visit her until she sees a judge. now i'm scared they wont let her go. it's really her 4th dui but her "3rd" from last month is still pending in court dates

She will be in jail until trial ... and if convicted, she will be returned to jail for any sentence the judge imposes.
3rd DWI? Must be she learned nothing from the first two convictions! Her next DWI will probably also include driving without a license. She will lose her driving privileges over this offense. |
