My Brother-in Law,his name is Charles Barnes was in prison in Texas for 9-Months and recieved his mental disability checks the entire time he was in prison.He just got out and has already hacked into our Bank account for 500 dollars before we found it.He makes more per month than I do,he laughs about how stupid the system is.He gets all kinds of drugs from the V.A. Hospital here in Dallas and sells those on the street.Can't anything be done is there anyone I can contact who will check this out??He just got out of prison one week ago.
