how accurate is radar in a patrol car that is sitting on a side street hiding to catch speeders, and what is the approximate radius of this?
Story behind the question;
I was driving down a road from 45mph zone (yes I was going 50mph) but I slowed down to 35mph when it switched to 35mph zone, I am 100% sure I was going 35mph before the sign, even if it was only a few yards before, but however it may be, the cop wrote me a ticket for going 51 mph in a 35 zone. when I asked her if she knew what the speedlimit was before the 35mph zone she said she didn't know and I had to explain it to her. needless to say looking for any information that can help me battle this one. am in Lincoln Nebraska if that makes any difference. Thanks!
