i live in a town that revolves around partying and lately parties have been getting busted and most people don't know their personal right i know some but i would like to know more about how to avoid taking the breath test... i know drinking under age isn't legal and isn't always safe but i take as many precautions as i can to keep me and my friends safe so i don't want any lectures on that...i've heard it all

well dave i found your answer to be pretty offensive and extremely ignorant ,so my life revolves around partying so what thats a pretty fun life i know it's dangerous so is driving to work... just because it's a law doesn't mean it's what you should believe..... that may just be how hitler tried to justify killing millions of people.....kids like to rebel, you tell us we can't do something were going to wanna do it.... and take it from just about every other country in the world, you allow kids to drink and they dont abuse it.... i could write a whole lot more on this but i know your probably to ignorant to realize when someone besides yourself makes a point so im going to stop with one more point...i dont understand if im to young to simply enjoy an alcoholic beverage then how in the f*** do you justify letting kids my age go over seas and fight your wars

All the officer needs to do is smell alcohol on your breath and that is enough to get an MIP. They ask you to take a breath test just to add to there case.
Also in most states you can be issued another ticket for refusing the breath test..... |

You can avoid taking the breath test by not drinking under age and not attending places where others are breaking the law. You are judged by the company you keep. It may not be fair, but that is reality. |

Well, say hello to underage alcoholism and a life that is sure to be full of disappointments until you finally die (probably in a DUI accident where you and some of your friends kill an innocent who lived in your town that "revolves around partying" who didn't party and lived a normal life). Just quit drinking underage. You don't live in a town that revolves around partying. You live a life that revolves around partying. You are already making excuses to justify you breaking the law and having a substance abuse issue and you aren't even of legal drinking age yet. I think the best thing for you would probably be spending some time in the penitentiary until you realize how much of an idiot you are and quit making excuses for yourself and actually take some responsibility for your ignorant *** decisions. |
