1)robbing a bank of america being a bank robber
2)stay at a five story toy store after hours come out of your secret hiding place at 3 a.m. go behind a counter open a cash register and steal money from the cash register by sutffing and putting it in a bag you carried with you and eventually empty the cash register
3)go to a hifi electronics store after hours like at night go behind the store enter through a unlocked backdoor come inside and steal a tweeter

Haha, I love pwning people who really think their right. Especially to the people who said that the robbing of a Bank of America is a federal charge.

Quite the contrary. As of January 1, 2010, Bank of America is no longer FDIC insured. If you didn't know, the F in FDIC stands for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. If a bank is not insured by the FDIC then they're not a federal establishment. Therefore, you can't receive a federal charge for this. Bank Robbery alone is not a federal crime. So the charges would be State Charges. Felony 2 (at least here in Ohio) 2-8 years. Your weapons charges would likely be run concurrent. Even were they not, they are an additional 3 years possibly.

Staying in a five story toy store after hours would be a burglary charge Also state, also a felony 2 (at least here in ohio) more than likely pleading this down to 2 years.

Breaking into a hifi electronics store through an unlocked door is far worse than busting a window. If you broke a window it would be a Felony 5 Breaking and Entering and then a Theft, also maybe another F5 depending on how much it valued at.

Yet, since you do so with stealth and deception it becomes burglary, yet again a state charge.

Hope this helps, and to the people who thought bank of America WAS FDIC, sorry, I did some research just in case and like I said, as of January '10 they're no longer fed.

2. Burglary, trespassing, Larceny(petty or grand depending on how much money you actually take) State prison 10-15
3. Breaking and Entering, Burglary, Larceny(petty most likely) 1-5 years, state prison, but maybe less depending on priors and/or plea deal.
