I'm curious about those tickets that you get when your car is photographed. If you don't pay it on time, what will happen? I saw something on the news that said they were trying to do away with those but so far I haven't heard anything else about it.

True a lot of court litigation in regards to the law fullness of such citations. To my knowledge these tickets are strictly monitary (no points) at this time but unpaid tickets could be looked at like unpaid parking tickets hindering your ability to re-register your vehicle. |

It takes a very long time for unconstitutional laws to be challenged when they bring so much of other peoples money in for dirty politicians to spend.
If you don't pay, they issue a bench warrant and then some night while you are minding your own business the police will send someone to your door to arrest you. |

The fine increases over time. Yes, some states and cities are doing away w them, but count on them to pursue you if you dont pay. |
