I know someone who works at wal mart she thinks she was cought stealing a shirt and bra. She said she did it becouse she was mad that they didnt get a bonus for the last two quarters. She saw police leaving with envelops from the ap office so she knows or rather she thinks she was seen on camera whats going to happen to her when she returns to work?

The store (if she was seen) will investigate more to see if she has done any other thefts. Once the investigation is complete or near complete she will be called in to Loss prevention office. There she will be questioned by LPN about this and any other incident. Once interview is done she will either be fired or suspended without pay. Its also possible she will be turned over to Police at that time and arrested. If she is called in she should answer no questions without an Attorney present. The LPN will already know what he is going to do talking to your friend will only enhance their case |

Well, it doesn't look too good for her because you just displayed a motive. If she was caught stealing by the cameras, then she's going to be taken out kind of quietly. Usually, you get fired for such things and then legal matters occur IF walmart presses charges. But pray to god that they don't press charges because if she's caught on camera and she's got that motive displayed, then she might be taken in to custody for shoplifting. Nonetheless, she will most likely FIRST be asked to see the manager in their office. |

She will get embarrassed when she is led from the store in handcuffs by the police. I have seen this happen before. Walmart tells you this when you hire on. |
