what is the strongest mace/pepper spray that I can buy for my mom?

Recently, theres been a lot of robbery going on in my area, and I want to get this for my mom. The robbers are all targeting asian elders. It is pretty Upsetting because they are just picking on someone that are older and can't do anything about it.. It was EXTREMELY disturbing to see that video of the 57 year old women who was thrown off of a muni platform. The news of the restaurant deliver worker being robbed is actually my uncle. He gave up his wallet, but they still beat him up and kicked him while laughing. I dont want this to happen to anyone else, especially my mom, I want the strongest available pepper spray/ mace any self defense weapon that I can get for my mom. Thanks.

If it is legal where you live...and if your mother is willing to get training and use it properly, don't bother with pepper spray, get a gun. Seriously. She will be dealing with the same dangerous criminals that police do, and what do police carry?

Before buying any spray think about how it will be carried.

It works poorly on someone under drugs. Also if she has respiratory problems she needs stay away from it as it can place her down.

Best advise is carry a small amount of money in a way that will satisfy the robber and just let them be. She is too old to run so if she pepper sprays them and cannot run away the robber will do more harm for being pepper sprayed.

A flash bang blinder or loud alarm will work better as it catches attention.

Rule 1) Don't make it worse by pissing the robber off. Keeping it mellow will keep you alive.
