A verbal warning is just that, a warning. The only thing you need to do is to make sure you probation officer knows that you had contact with the police.
Not reporting to a probation officer? Then nothing will happen.
Reporting to a probation officer and you tell him about it? Then nothing will happen.
Reporting to a probation officer and fail to tell him about it and he finds out? He could, 50/50 chance, revoke your probation. |

If the officer gave you a verbal warning like you said, then no you will not. With a verbal warning, it will never show up on record that the officer ever even spoke with you. |

How would they send you to jail for that? You don't have to go in front of a judge or ever even think about it again. A verbal warning is a verbal warning - the cop gave you a break. |
