Do you need a person's permission to get a life-sized cardboard cut out of them made? Or could you just waltz in with anyone's photo and presto! they're standing in your bedroom?

I have a life sized cardboard cutout of you standing in my bedroom. I have a life sized vinyl inflatable doll of you in my bed.

Is that wrong?
