A baliff has walked into my cousins house and looked at her on the toilet what can I do about it?

The two males walked up the stairs and while she was on the toilet in their view asked her question about her name. They did not move just stood there watching her using the toilet. What crime is this as I think she should be pressing charges for it?

Tell her to shut the toilet door when she,s using it.

I dont think it constitutes a crime ... it was certainly in bad taste and in poor judgement ..she may well report them to the governing body , but the reality of it is that it's her word against theirs but if it were me i'd certainly have a go .. good luck to her .
