That kind of thing may not follow her past 18. Most courts clear out the records of minors and let them start over as an adult. Hopefully she learns from this and does better in the future. |

Uhm, I think YOU got caught shoplifting. And yes it will affect you. |

nope won't affect her being a surgeon. She's still under 18, and besides think you only want to know because you want to try and destroy this girls chances at something you want yourself. You are selfish and mean. You can't fathom why they would want a "cow" as SRC. ummmm i think you are a self centered spoiled brat.

it seems to me that you're getting a kick out of her getting caught, like you would just love for this to affect her future career........i think you look like that bad guy here. |

If she's underage and the judge won't let it go on record, she'll be okay. I shoplifted a pregnancy test when I was in my 30s and I have paid and paid for it. I was arrested and sent to jail because I aggravated the arresting officer. I had to go to court and pay a fine. And then I was sued for 200 dollars by the store I shoplifted from. I honestly don't know if you are asking for her or yourself. Because I work in the lower end medical field I had to get my sister who is an attorney to seal the one time offense so I could work again. I sure as heck learned my lesson. Do not steal. Do not steal. Do not steal. |

if she's under 18, no record will follow her into adulthood.
if she's over 18, once she leaves the store, the store people cannot bring charges.
either way (not condoning crime, understand) the best route for any shoplifter, tagger, or whatever, is NOT explain anything to any cop, not say anything, not fall for the be honest with me trap, not make any remark no matter how intimidating the cop is.
No, simply take the ride downtown or wherever jail is. memorize a lawyers phone number, and call it when you get downtown, even if you have no funds or way to pay. or simply sit in the cell and wait for public defender to show up. tell him all he or she wants to know, they have rules about what they can tell the cops and judges, rules decidedly in your favor. the lawyer will get paid, and maybe you will too. don't confess, keep your yap shut until the lawyer shows up.
make the state spend their money and prove their case, don't give them any fries, or you'll be paying them to beat you up.
Most shoplifting charges don't get anywhere because people have to take time off to go to court, and most stores don't get any money paid back, even if they win.
as for school, as long as it's not a felony conviction, no one has to know anything about your past personal history |

squeeze her but and say ill squish ure tities next time |

no i dont think it wont. shop lifting charges will have nothing to do with being a surgeon. theres no connection unless its a company related job then it will definitely affect. |

She must have been dropped on her head because thats stupid. |

It's so funny and embarrassing how much this 'girl' is so obviously you.
Hopefully it does affect 'her' career. $150 is a LOT. This is serious and calculated. Not just grabbing a loose $3 lipstick.
Don't 'you' agree? Surgeons have a lot of responsibility. Wouldn't want this 'cow' to raid the patients pockets while they we unconscious now would we ? |

It depends on your age and your city or county laws. Generally if under 18 she'll not have an adult record, over 18 she may have messed up.
Also many places have rehab classes that if you attend your record is wiped clean, for the offense.
Best thing to do is try to get it erased. |

Yes employers may not want to hire her because she may steal items from work which is a company offense. |

no it shouldnt it wouldnt be a major crime im sure her and the company she boosted from could work something out. |

If she is under the age of 18 and depending on what state she lives in, nothing will happen to her, she will more than likely take this class that makes you realize what you have done was wrong. and it will be removed from her record. the only ppl at school that will know is whoever she tells and if there is a school deputy. |

it could go on her record but be sealed if she is under 18. It is not a good thing for any age to do. Hopefully by getting caught, she will learn that shoplifting IS a crime, will be punished and will regret her downfall and not do it again. |

it could really affect her if it went on a criminal record or something. if shes over 16 or 18 or something it will be put on file, and could affect getting into college and getting a good job. as for school, im not sure. |
|

"O" FACE

If shes not over 18, it wont even show up on her record. |

Nothing to worry about there fetus. Everybody knows kids do some things they shouldnt when they are young. All will be forgotten next week. As long he she doesnt get in a habit of this and doesnt get felonys on her she will be fine. Tell here to chill out. |

I doubt it.
We all do dumb things when we're young & ugly.
Usually it's just the politicians that see the rough end of a crime committed in their youth.
As long as she learned her lesson, and doesn't do anything stupid again, she should be in the green.
