Well i am out on $500 dollar bond i got arrested yesturday and charged with aggravated battery. I am currently on probation until im 22-years-old. I am now 20. I have contacted my PO and told her everything that happen and i had to go see her this morning and she that she wasnt going to violate me but going to send in a recommendation on my hearing which is set for April 29th at 8:30am... Now what can happen? can the judge violate me because im on probation or does it have to be only my probation officer? Also the victim already said they wasnt going to show up and where alright just one of them days and i took it overboard.

But im sure i violated my probabtion but my PO said she just going to send in a reccommendation on my court that which i have no clue what she will send it. And i mean can the judge sentence me for violating my probation or thats my PO job?

Aggravated battery http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aggravated_battery is a very serious charge, much more so when you're on probation. Certainly victim's testimony will be required to convict but this may have been obtained by video to be played for the court at your hearing, hence victim's attendance may not be required. PO has very little truck here, I'm afraid. Obviously (or not) the person to talk to right now is a criminal defense atty. There may be things you can do - evidence you can put together - to help yourself. So get busy!
