A question about the difficulties of statutory interpretation?

I need to assess the difficulties the courts have in applying the separate rules of statutory interpretation. I know the cons of each of the rules, but I'm not sure on how I am meant to answer this question. Help?!

Have had to answer a similar question.

All i did was state the disadvantage of using one of the rules, then explain why it is a disadvantage, then conclude the paragraph by saying the extent to which it is a disadvantage.
