ADA Question/Termed before Probation Period Ends

First of all, I have a disability covered under the ADA. A few months ago, I was hired and the employer did know I had a covered disability. According to the handbook, I have a 120 day probationary period. After the fifth week, I was let go because my employer felt I couldn't handle the job even though I have 4 years experience with the job and even the software. Is this something I can look into to file for an improper termination? Please advise.
