can you be busted for smoking marijuana by someone (an adult) saying that we smoked to a cop?
a friends parents said they knew about us smoking, if they tell the cops are they able to do anything about it, even though there isnt any proof?

Not without proof , but proof can be as simple as a breathalyzer administered under probable cause. All the officer has to do is suspect you are under the influence of marijuana how he comes under that suspicion is irrelevant. |

No you can't be busted. The burden of proof is on the cops. They can come and talk to you, but you have protection. Contact Norml, they have all the information about the laws concerning marijuana. They'll also direct you to lawyers in your area if you were arrested. |
