I enjoy making stuff out of polymer clay, but I'm not very creative, so I look on the internet for tutorials on them. Today my friend wanted to buy one of my polymer clay charms, so I sold it to her for $6.50. Am I allowed to sell stuff I made, but wasn't my idea? It's not like I have a business, right? Is it okay if I continued to make stuff out of polymer clay and sold them to my friends?
I'm guessing that if I made it from a tutorial from the internet, that it would be alright to sell to friends. But if it was a tutorial from a personal site like DeviantArt/YouTube, I would have to ask for permission, right?
