You would only be in trouble if you threatened them in some way, or used an angry boice, or something of the sort that would provoke it. You can't get in trouble for stuff like that legally, but maybe that person might be mad at you. Hope this helps!

No. you would only be in trouble if you communicated a threat of physical violence. Threatening somebody with legal action is not punishable.

Probably not, threats of legal action aren't normally considered harassment, just don't go leaving them more than one message.

Not if you actually are filing a lawsuit or at least intend to do so. Otherwise it could be taken as simple harassment.
