Any proprietorship firm/concern is legal in India if it is not indulging in illegal activities. By the way what you mean by registered proprietorship firm, its the partnership firm that is registered under the Partnership Act,1932.
The Proprietorship firm can file any suit through its proprietor/owner against anyone for any purpose provided this relates to the business/working/property etc of this firm/concern. |
