Any and every advice on laws, DUI's how to make it?

I've had experience in this department.
The first time you go to Court ask for an extension because you need a Public Defender. Find out from him everything you need to do to get your license back.
You will be fined, you will lose your license for at least 6 months and you will probably have to do Community Service or attend Driving School (possibly both).
Go to Driving School while you still have a License. Do your Community service too. Keep getting Extensions for as long as possible.
On the day you finally have to go to court for sentencing set up an appointment at the DMV for the same day. Go down and get a Hardship License. You will only miss one day of work and you won't have to bother anybody for a ride anywhere.
Your Public Defender should know all about this. Tell him what I told you. I'm sure he has done this before.

You were driving DUI. You got caught and you will have to deal with it. Get a ride to work. Offer to help pay gas and parking. You can get through this. Give it time.

Apply to the court for a permit that allows you to drive back and forth to and from work. You can call the clerk of the court in your area and ask them about and they will help you out.

If you can't handle the walk to the bus stop you shouldn't have a job, simple as that. Ride a bike or a skateboard if you can't handle it.

But quit whining. It's not our fault you made the decision to drive. Losing your job should be the least of your worries. You are lucky you are alive and didn't kill others.

So sorry to hear that..We all make mistakes.
First see if you can get rides to work. Try not to tell your boss if you can..
...Sneaking and driving and getting caught will get you in mucho trouble.
Talk to a lawyer.....If there is anyway get a good lawyer the best you can afford..DUIs can follow you for years.
Most states allow a temp/work restricted type of license that allows you to go back and forth to work only if this is your 1st offense.
If there is a local paper that prints names of people who got DUIs you may can call them and ask them not to print your name in it.
Try not to let hippocrits get you down. Pretty much everyone that drinks has driven over the limit wether they knew it at the time or not...2 drinks can cause you to blow high enough to be charged...And I don't mean .08 .
You can be charged with a DUI if you only blow .05 it is up to the officers discretion.

First thing to do is file for DMV hearing as you only have 10 days to do this. If you fail to file for the hearing you will automatically lose your driving privilege even if you are found not guilty in the criminal court case the DMV can impose penalties for failure to file for the hearing.

Then you need to find an dui attorney. You should get an attorney before you go to the DMV hearing as they will be able to help you in the questions to ask the arresting officer and may be able to help you keep your driving privilege.
