How can somebody be pro-life and agree with capital punishment. How is the putting somebody to death pro-life?

I see how they come to that conclusion (they want to give everybody the chance at life, but take it away if they decide it should be) but I definitely do not agree with it and I don't think it makes much sense. |

Simple. Everyone deserves a chance at life. Everyone. If, after you have gotten your chance, you choose to do something so terrible with it, then you need to suffer the consequences of your actions. It is that simple. |

How can somebody be pro-life I think is the question. How can anyone be like, "Oh, see got raped by a crack-head with Aids; but it's wrong for her to abort." I think they drank the kool-aid.

No.
There is nothing ironic about putting people who do not respect life to death. It makes perfect, rational sense. Killing an an innocent life that has done no harm does not make rational sense.
But, you will find many people who think like you and try to rationalize what you believe, even though it is impossible. And there, my friend, is the irony. |
