can you imagine working for a company that has little more than 600 employees and the following statistics.
29 have been accused of spouse abuse
7 have been arrested for fraud
9 have been accused of writing bad cheques
17 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
3 have done time for assault
71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
8 have been arrested for shoplifting
21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
84 have been arrested for drink driving in the last year
Which organisation is it?
Its the 635 members of the House of Commons, the same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws each year, designed to keep the rest of us in line.
I just wanted to share this with you and invite your comments,please.

This same thing has been sent out about the U.S. House of Representatives. Yes, some have been caught for misdemeanor charges, and a few probably for felonies, but these numbers seem quite high, and, since it appears to be almost identical for both countries, I doubt it is real.
*EDIT* - I just found it on Snopes.com. The numbers you give for the House of Commons are very similar to the numbers given for the U.S. House of Representatives. |

That's just an Internet myth. Obviously there are some people among those who are criminals themselves but the number is fictional. |
