yes they are however i worked for a church and we did not get paid OT and once the daycare closed we found out that they were not entitled to pay into unemployment insurance their were a couple ladies there that had worked their for 7 years plus anyway about a year after all that i got a letter from us dept of labor they had to pay each of us a certain amount for the back ot some people got $6000.00 checks depending how much you could prove dumb me never once made a copy of my time card |
