Do they need to show you, or do they make the decision themselves whether its you or not (in order to get your money back)?

In cases of skimming they are able to determine without using the security footage which accounts are affected. But if you are talking about a single withdraw - you have to prove that you didnt give the person permission to use your card (how would they get the PIN if they didnt skim it?). Otherwise, any time you got your boyfriend to get money out for you, you could claim that it was stolen |
