DMV will not allow it, that's right the DMV. Drunk driving brings in mass cash to the state every year, drug offenders not so much. Think about it you can't live a decent life without a drivers license and they can test for alcohol and make you pay out of the nose to keep your license. State cannot test the levels of high in your body but they can know the alcohol content in your blood. Marijuana can't bring in enough revenue to become profitable for the state. So no legalization for sweet leaf.

i think they should just legalize both so all the smokers can smoke and all the drinkers can drink and u can have an option as to wat u want to do.

It has been evidenced that alcohol actually does much more long term impact on the brain when used in excess than marijuana. However, marijuana impairs the brain on a short term level during your high at a level that could be found much more dangerous than alcohol.
But you never know, marijuana was just legalized in several states for medical use this last election, and statistics relating alcohol to death are still just as appalling as they have ever been.

Deffinately, how many violent crimes are sommited under the effects of marijuana???

Now think how many are committed under the influence of alcohol.
It makes more sense, there would be alot less crime, and alot less deaths.
