You can call the police and play the message for them, and/or go to court and get a protective order. Don't erase the message. |

File a complaint with the police so it's properly documented. ASAP!!! |

File a complaint with the police. In almost every state, it is illegal to communicate a threat via the phone. Make sure you save the phone messages. |

kill him. no, not really, i guess just go to the police, but i had a dangerous ex, and the police may put a no contact order on him, but that does not keep them away, even if he contacts you he will get a slap on the wrist. get a dog that is protective, yet is good with kids, change your number, especially if he is a drunk, those are the worst kind |

i would either call the Police and show them the message or get a restraining order . but let your husband know to maybe he can do something about it |

I agree whole heartedly with the other person who posted - contact the police. If anything at least they will have it documented in the event he ever tries to make good on his threats. Is you sister still with him? I would be VERY concerned for her safety if this is the way he acts. |

I hope you kept the message. that way get an attorney to process this against your brother in--law. That's the way to resolve this matter |

Make a report and have harassment charges filed on him. Then get a protective order and if he calls you anymore, he will be in jail! |

You need to call the police. Your safety and our son's safety is what's most important. If you don't feel comfortable calling the police then have your parents call. He did, afterall, make threats against them as well... and DON'T delete the voicemail! Good luck. I hope you make the right choice. |
