Another survey for a paper I’m writing for my law class. This time it’s “can a woman rape a man?” Some states say it is not legally possible. What do you think?

Yes. I actually read about a case in which a woman got charged for that...the guy was drunk and passed out. It was a couple of years ago and I don't remember where I read that, but yes it can happen and a woman can be charged for it. Oh yeah, and there's the whole Mary kay Letourneau thing. |

yes...not only woman can say no and not be heard. The difference is that it might be hard to prove physical evidence of a rape. |

i think a man can be drugged and then not in his right mind. that would classify as date rape right? what if the woman got pregnant or had std's? there are desperate women out there too.
