With parental consent yes they can, but it depends on where you live cuz in some places they can't. But not without it until the younger person is 18, that's the same anywhere in the US. Why would you want to marry a 14 year old in the first place? You have issues. I suggest you forget about weddings and get a therapist. |

No state will allow a minor under the age of majority (according to state law) to marry without consent, be it from the parent or the courts.
No state has an age of majority of 14.
