In Florida can DCF force you to take a drug test without a court order? meaning can they legally take your kids if you say no? I dont do anything, my husband smokes pot. I took a drug test already and my husband is scheduled for Friday. I found out alot today online about my rights, like they cant enter your home without a warrant unless the child is in impending danger. but I need to know about the drug test.

Keep the ignorant comments to yourself, if you are not educated on Marijuana or on DCF then you have no reason to answer this question do you? Marijuana is not a drug, alcohol is a drug, cocaine is a drug, pills are drugs..they are all man made....pot grows from the earth, you dont process it....its natural and I will not let anyone tell me otherwise and my children will be taught that when they are old enough.
Im a christian and I dont smoke but I think if everyone smoked pot the world would be alot better.

dcf told me they have the right to do as they please they don;t have to go by the constitution they are above the law and are liers they took my grandchildren who have never been hurt physically ever they have never missed a meal and you people who bash cannabis only no what the goverment tells you acholic are for more dangerous not one person has ever died from cannabis but cigarettes and achol kills more people than all the rest |

You're already under the eye of DCF and you are worried about your rights? What about the rights of your child to live in a drug free home.
I'm not a saint, but geez, get real.
Oh, and by the way, a child being supervised by a parent (or anybody) that is under the influence,, is putting the child in impending danger. |

DCF does whatever they want and avoids having to follow any laws. They will not only force a drug test, but also other actions on you and your family. DCF is out to destroy families, not help them. |
