I shot some video's of my son's baseball game 2 weeks ago and uploaded them to Youtube. I just found out that a parent from the team wants to sue me because his son was in the video and I didn't get the parents permission. Can they sue me for this???

no, they cannot sue you.
He does not have the right, and the most that youtube will do to you is remove the video

They have no grounds to sue you, but you shouldn't post videos of other people's children online without their permission. There are plenty of reasons why somebody wouldn't want videos of their kids to be made available to the public. Do the right thing and take it down. |

edit the video and reupload it. you can do that with internet explorer. i doubt a lawyer would take the case for free and would probably want 5,000 dollars upfront and 500 dollars an hour to persue a frivilous law suit which would probably be thrown out of court. |
