Don't use your credit card. Send cash or money order ( an international money order may be required) and do not have the seeds sent to the place you will be growing. Worst case: the seeds get confiscated in customs and you receive a note with your empty package stating that illegal material has been removed. I have never heard of a case where customs actually followed up with law enforcement after confiscating small quantities of seeds.

Yes, and yes.

Sorry in the USA even cannabis seeds cause a horrific ruckus. It is stupid but true and isn't worth getting in trouble for. Don't worry I believe Cannabis will be legal in the very near future.

Pursuing those that use and carry a quantity for just enough for themselves is a waste of man power and our taxes.
