I live at San Diego Ca. and he lives in Tijuana Mexico. He met me at the clothing store where I work at and he has been bothering me for a week. He shows up to the store every single day asking me out...obviously I tell him no but still he continues to show up. Last night I got really scared because after work I went over to a diner with a couple of friends and guess what..he showed up...meaning that he followed me from my workplace to the diner. What can I do to protect myself?

If the incident is taking place in California, then you can file for a restraining order in California court. The residency/citizenship is irrelevant. |
