That requires a Presidential Pardon.
It worked for Marc Rich, the commodities swindler.
I recommend that you talk to Obama about that. |

It depends on where you live and that state's requirements for expunging a record. |

it is called expungment. state law varies on this widely so you should speak to a local attorney on the details.
If you qualify, then yes you can get the record expunged. |

Sorry, you can't get it removed because it still happened. Being clean for three years does not erase that. I'm sorry, but it looks like your in trouble here. Think before you take drugs. |

Truth is, even if 'ensponged' with some misdameanors (spelling bad here) nothing is really removed from Big Brother. Possibly with employment background checks but I seriously doubt that too. It's all about control and manipulation to keep using us.
I don't think you can get any felony off the record. That's why judges make some of the never ending laws the way they do. They know this and set it up as such.
However, there are people getting felonies today that didn't even know you could be arrested for. So you are not alone. |

no, there is no way. what`s the point of the record if a felony can be removed.
you may be o.k. for most things such as joining NAVY if you are clean for three years. |

It is very rare to get a felony expunged from your record. Hire a good attorney and get his/her input. |

nope. doesn't matter how long you have been clean, a felony is a felony |

Many states are enacting new laws concerning expungement of criminal records.
In my own state there are new bills before legislation that will allow expunging misdemeanor offenses after five years with some conditions and felonies after ten years with some conditions.
As already advised...check with a local attorney to learn about those laws particular to your state! |

You can get it expunged at some point but that will take 3 things.
1)Money for an attorney
2)Criminal Attorney who has a history of expunging these types of things
3)Sympathetic Judge who sees you have clearly changed your life after a considerable amount of time(10 years or more).
There is one other route you can go which is getting a governors or presidents pardon. This will cost alot of money in contributions and *** kissing. |

Some states expunge some felony convictions.
Talk to a local lawyer or call the clerk of the court. |

i don't know if there is a difference between what it was a conviction for but i know my fiance has a felony of receiving stolen property and he can get it removed off of his record i think its a process called EXPUNGING and its going to cost quite a bit of money but look it up i don't know if it will work because yours is a higher class felony |

Yes you can go to this website and talk to them there are requirements though for example if you violated probation then they can't work with you
For my husbands case he has a Misdemeanor and we are paying a total of 400 dollars to get it expunged, we had to get his fingerprints to get the record from DOJ and we started all this in the beggining of April 2009 we have our hearing May 19, 2009 the same goes with a felony but the fee is slightly higher
A personal friend has removed 2 DUI's from his record using the same agency below so I know it works |

a felony can be removed from your record, it is called expungement. to get the record expunged you must have completed your probation(if any) with no further convictions. and then you should contact an expungement lawyer in your area. |

If you were underage some records get dropped when you turn 18, but I would check with your local court where the felony was filed.
They would know much more than a bunch of citizens on a website who have no legal experience and don't know what state or even country you live in . |

It will take a long time, if you can get supervised probation or something..
My step mom used meth, and had proby for 3 years. Shes clear now. |

Yeah, just steal your record and erase it from the data.
WARNING: If you get caught, another felony will be added to your record. |
