I personally found it very difficult to shoot standing on one leg.... plus, the wind did whip around my bits and pieces too.
Maybe wait til the weather gets better.

Sure...go ahead.....as long as it's in 'Chester' and the victim is really Welsh. A lot of people say they're Welsh, but they're really Klingons...though some, the shorter ones, are Ferengi. A real Welshman has a small 'W' tattooed on his @ss, so you'd best check that first. Yeah, I considered a similar thing with a Scottish boss of mine in York - though in that case it has to be a cross bow... however, I thought the Welsh one was in Hereford, so you might wanna double check....

Aside from the legal issues--and you can beat practically any rap if you can afford a good enough defense team, nobody ever really gets away with anything.

Even if you beat the rap, you'd probably have to deal with a great deal of Social Disapproval.

Even National Fronters and US Neocons have vestigal consciences and yours would bother you a lot.

And, there is a strong possibility that there really is a God whom you will have to face someday. It's widely believed that killing someone for being annoying is high on his list of No-nos. Which is manifestly unfair, but God doesn't have to worry about that.
